Suspension:
I started with just a cheap lift from Daystar. It was a good lift, but was a cheap way to lift the truck. It consisted of a preload spacer and a top load spacer in the front on the coil over, and longer grease-able shackles in the rear. The rear worked good with the longer shackles, but the front rode stiff and lost a lot of its up travel.

A few months later I got the opportunity to try out a Donahoe Racing suspension system. It consisted of a set of Donahoe coil-over's in the front, and a set of Deaver 3 leaf, add-a-leaf's and Donahoe Racing remote reservoir shocks in the rear. I did accept the oppertunity to try them out!

This set up works AWESOME. Donahoe has got the valving and spring rate on the coil-over's dead on. And the remote resivor rear shocks are a perfect match. I have had bad experience with add-a-leaves in the past, so I was skeptical about these when I got them. But was pleasantly surprised when I got these how well they rode and how they improved the sagging and s-shaped factory springs. They did not affect my load capacity in a negative way either, a concern I had since these replace the factory overload spring. They held up to all the abuse that I could throw at them.

This was taken right before I installed the add a leaf pack to the factory springs.
I did finally end up replacing them with a full Deaver spring pack. It replaced the factory springs all together with full spring pack consisting of 8 thinner leaves. It allows for just a little bit more flex and lift.

Here is a picture up in Moab that shows a shot of the rear springs and shocks getting a workout.
This is pretty much how my suspension sits today. A great setup that flex's nicely, takes washboard roads like a champ, and still drives down the street better than it did stock. The only other things that I have done to the suspension is the addition of Old-Man-Emu grease-able shackles, and Daystar main Eye grease-able bolts. They keep the poly bushings in the rear springs from squeaking. I also pulled the front swaybar to get a little more flex out of the IFS front end. The Donahoe front coilover's keep the truck pretty level on curvy roads.
