There is 1” of clearance between the riser part of the
shock and the front CV shaft.

Upper mount uses rubber bushing with NO sleeve.
Lower mount uses bushing with .5” metal spacer.
The last 3 pics shows clearance for the drivers side
shock. It has at least an inch of clearance on all sides and usually more. The
Passenger side sits forward of the rear axle and has no clearance issues
anywhere around it.
